Bio

Homer L. Massey, a former secretary of the Hamlin Chamber of Commerce, passed away at his home in Midland Thursday, April 8 after an illness of several months. He had been associated with the Farm Administration program in Washington, D.C. until about a year ago when the government sent him to Tokyo, Japan. He had just returned to Washington when he took ill and stayed in a hospital two months. Seeming improved he and his wife, the former Annetta Walton, moved to Midland. Funeral services were at McKinney Saturday, April 10. Those attending from Hamlin included: W.L. Walton, Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Walton and Mr. and Mrs. John E.
