Bio

Doris Christine Willenborg passed away Saturday, August 17, 2013 in Plano, Texas. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at the Indian Mound Cemetery in Young County. Family visitation will be from 6-8 PM Monday at McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home. Mrs. Willenborg was born August 19, 1925 in Cooper, Texas and moved to Young County in 1968 from Lubbock, Texas. She was a retired Licensed Vocational Nurse and homemaker and a member of the Grace Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, John Hanks of Graham and Curtis Willenborg of Plano; daughter, Penny Willenborg of Houston; two brothers, Edgar "Bud" Allen of Grand Prairie and Glenn Eugene Allen of Lubbock; 16 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Willenborg, four sons, Marshall Hanks, Eddie Hanks, Jeff Willenborg and Eddie L. Willenborg; a grandson, Michael Hanks; two brothers, Leon Allen and Howard Allen and two sisters, Edna "Ruth" Coble and Clete Mae Henderson. McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home Graham, Texas
