Bio

John Abner Chappell was born on November 29, 1840, in Fayette, Alabama, to Priscilla Parker and Miles Chappell. He married Nancy Callister Bagwell and they had five children together. He then married Margret Kezia Jones and they had six children together. He died on May 25, 1896, in Lebanon, Oklahoma, at the age of 55. He was a farmer most of his life. My Grandmother Willie Maye Chappell McReynolds was his and Margaret Kezia Jones daughter.
