Bio

Mel was born in Hereford, TX and his family moved to Lakeport, California in the 1930's during the depression. He joined the Marines during WWII. He married Helen Roxie Dennis in 1947. They made their home in Pittsburg, CA then Concord, CA. Mel was killed in his place of business in 1983.
