Services Are On Friday For Harald Elvers Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday August 19, at First Methodist Church in Blair for Harald E. Elvers, 70, who died at Methodist Hospital in Omaha on August 16, 1983. The Dr. Gordon Patterson will officate. Burial will be in Blair Cemetery. Harald E. Elvers was born in Dannebrog, Nebraska, June 2, 1913, to Hans and Larsine Elvers. He was a boilermaker with Union Pacific. He was a member of the Mason Order in Fremont. He married Lorraine Lauritsen on December 31, 1925. She died in 1975. He remarried in Fremont on August 11, 1976. His wife survives. Other survivors include two sons, two daughters, two step-daughters, and four step-sons. Nineteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one sister and one brother also survive him.
