Carl B. Holtzclaw, age 74, of Little Elm, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2013, in Frisco. He was born March 24, 1939 in Macon Georgia to Hoke Hubert Holtzclaw and Exodus "Exie" Wynn Holtzclaw. Carl served in the United States Navy. He is survived by his son and daughter; step-son and step-daughter; six grandchildren; three sisters, and three brothers.
