Bio

Son of Samuel Franklin Kelley & Stella (Cooper) Storms Kelley Flynn MM 2/c Ralph F. Kelley, attended West Junior High School, Colo. Entered The NAVY in Dec., 1940. Trained at San Diego, Calif. Served on the U.S.S. Phoenix. Awarded American Defense Ribbon with one battle star, Asiatic Pacific Ribbon with eight battle stars, Philippine Liberation Ribbon with two battle stars, Victory Ribbon and a Good Conduct Medal. Was discharged in Feb., 1946.
