Bio

Helen graduated from Blair High School and attended the Nebraska School of Business (1921-1925). She was then a clerical worker at the Washington County courthouse (stenographer, court clerk, deputy county clerk) until moving to the State Department of Roads on Jul 25, 1936. In 1937 she became the Washington county clerk.
