AKA: Albert son of Matej Mathias Burda and Maria Henish ------------------------------ Arrived 11/1/1869 New York with father Mathias or Michael, mother Marie, and brother Joseph. They went to Nebraska to live. He married Veronika "Virginia" Palenska and had 7 children. James, Frances, Lydia, Louis, Jesse, Lambert, and Jerry. His death from news articles: In the town of Duncan he in a spirit of bravado took a couple of drinks from a bottle of carbolic acid, left the store, got in his wagon, went a ways and dropped dead.
