Bio

Jefferson Monroe Sutherland, 88, retired Baptist minister and farmer, died at his home after being bedfast since 1955. He married Lula Christian in 1896. He moved to Petersburg from Oklahoma in 1923 and lived there until moving to Lubbock in 1955.
