Claude Fleming WHITESBORO – Funeral services for Claude David Fleming, 86, will be held Saturday, May 11, 2013, at 2 p.m. at the Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro with Bro. Joe Patterson officiating. Interment will follow the service at Oakwood Cemetery in Whitesboro. Visitation services will be held prior to the funeral from 1 - 2 p.m. at the funeral home on Saturday. He passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2013 in Sherman. Claude was born on March 30, 1927 to Thomas Jefferson and Rhoda (Lloyd) Fleming in Quanah. He married Patricia Ann Adams on June 3, 1950. They were married until her passing in 2003. He was a member of the Central Baptist Church of Whitesboro, Texas. He was retired from the United State Air Force but had also served in the military as a United States Marine. He enjoyed fishing. He was the owner of Oversea's Autos. He is survived by his children, Claude Warren Fleming of Whitesboro; Patricia Ann Washburn and husband Floyd of Okatie, S.C.; and Rhonda "Janie" Fridinger and husband Dr. Frederick Fridinger, of Buford, Ga.; seven grandchildren, Jesse Fleming, Andy Fleming, David Fleming, Debbie Hudgens, Jennifer Fridinger, Kimberly Fridinger and Jonathan Fridinger; and four great-grandchildren.
