COEBURN, Va. Pauline Hall Buchanan, 89, went home Thursday, May 2, 2013, at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Garland Liburn Hall and Ethel Elizabeth Renfro Hall; also preceeded in death by her husband, Edison Buchanan; and brother, Paul Hall. Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Katherine and Harold Stallard, Coeburn, Sharon and Thomas Duty, Hansonville, Va., and Deborah Ann and Daniel Quinn, Millis, Mass.; three sisters, Shirley Saunders, Virginia Beach, Va., Angeline Bays, Raven, Va. and Peggy Lipps, St. Paul, Va.; two brothers, Garland Hall Jr. and wife, Alene, Moyack, N.C., and Kyle Hall and wife, Linda, Coeburn; grandsons, Eric Stallard and wife, Heather, Coeburn, Brandon Stallard, and wife, Misty, Holly Ridge, N.C., Colin Quinn and Philip Quinn, both of Boston,and David Gordon II, Hansonville; great-grandchildren, Letha Duty, Bristol, Va., Dylan Gordon, Abingdon, Va., Zechariah Fields, Hansonville, McKenzie Stallard and Riley Stallard, both of Coeburn, and Maly Stallard and Elli Stallard, both of Holly Ridge; several nephews and nieces; special thanks to Elisha Jenkins, Hospice and Palliative Care. Visitation for Pauline Hall Buchanan will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2013, from 12 noon until 2 p.m. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel and funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Bryan Rose and the Rev. Leslie Ritchie officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Estes Funeral Home, 114 High Ave, Coeburn, VA.
