Mary Etta Arbegust, 90, of rural Manchester died Sunday, February 10, 1980, at a Richland Center, WI, hospital. She was a lifelong resident of Delaware County, IA. Services were held on a Wed., at 1:30p.m. at the Bohnenkamp-Vernon funeral home w. Rev. Walter Dimmlich officiating. She was born April 3, 1889 in Coffins Grove Twp., the daughter of Jacob and Mary Etta (Taylor) Coonrod. She was married to Loren Dayton Arbegust on June 16, 1915, at Manchester, Delaware County, IA. Mrs. Arbegust was a retired school teacher of the Coffins Grove Twp. She was affiliated with the Methodist church. Mary Etta had two sons: Donald Mark Arbegust b. Sept. 12, 1923 in Manchester, Delaware County, IA and died March 21, 1991 at Riverside Manor in Muscoda, WI. Donald m. Margie Manson on Jan. 9, 1946, in Iowa City, IA. Bryce Loren Arbegust born on July 8, 1920, on a farm about 5 miles NW of Manchester, IA, d. Sept. 11, 1968, at his home in Redondo Beach, CA. Wife, Caroline.
