Wood County Democrat Wednesday, October 19, 2011 Graveside services for Elsie M. Phillips, 75, Winnsboro, were held on October 17, 2011 at Pineview Cemetery under direction of Beaty Funeral Home, Winnsboro, with Brother Ronny Spence officiating. She passed away on October 13, 2011. She was born Jan. 18, 1936, to the late Henry and Rosie Cofer. She was preceded in death by her son, Steve Pritchett; and daughters, Linda Pritchett and Donna Young. Survivors include her husband, Billy Phillips, Winnsboro; son, Eddie Pritchett, Winnsboro; and seven grandchildren.
