Bio

Billy James Raley, age 70 years, died Monday October 25, 1999. Collier Butler Funeral Home in charge and burial in Crestwood Cemetery. Mr. Raley was a native and lifelong resident of Etowah County. He attended Auburn University and Jacksonville University. He served in Germany with the U.S. Army. He was employed with Holy Name of Jesus Hospital. He was survived by a brother, William Price "Boots" Raley, Jr. Mr. Raley was a son of William Price Raley, Sr. and Nora Wallace Raley.
