QUANNAH — Juanita Zajicek, 84, of Quanah died Thursday, April 18, 2013, in Vernon. Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Smith Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Monte Lumpkin officiating. Burial will follow in Quanah Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Smith Funeral Home of Quanah. Mrs. Zajicek was born Oct. 20, 1928 in Rayland to David Harrison and Ruth Lindsey Skelton. She married Leo Ernest Zajicek on Sept. 2, 1950, in Vernon Amarillo Globe Saturday, April 20, 2013
