Mrs. Margie Lee Hailey Webb, 88, of Hearne, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2013, after many years of declining health. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Thursday, April 18, at Grace Methodist Church in Hearne, under the direction of Heartfield/ Ritter Funeral Home. The Rev. Evelyn Cox of Magnolia, Texas and The Rev. Gary Westbrook, Minister of Grace Methodist Church, Hearne, Texas, will officiate along with Mr. Howard Vann of Bremond, Texas. Graveside services will follow at Norwood Cemetery in Hearne under the direction of the Rev. Gary Westbrook and the Rev. Evelyn Cox. Visitation will be 2 to 9 p.m., Wednesday, April, 17. Margie Lee was born in Tidwell Prairie, Texas, to the late Maxie H. Hailey and Effie E. Craft Hailey and was raised in Robertson County. She married Willie J. "Dub" Webb on Feb.16, 1944. They lived in Houston for 40 years before moving to Hearne in 1989. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, W. J. Webb; and three sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Janis Webb Griffin, of Pinehurst, Texas; son, Doug Webb, of Hearne; grandchildren, Tiffney J. Johnson and husband, Brian, of Honduras, Glenn W. Griffin and wife, Chrissy Lett, of Pinehurst, and Natalie A. Griffin Malicoate and as well as nine great-grandchildren; sister, Jackie Vann and husband, Howard, of Bremond; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends and extended family.
