OSCEOLA - Dale L. Rosenberry, 69, of Columbus, died Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2003, at the Columbus Community Hospital. Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Kepner-Roberts Funeral Home in Osceola with the Rev. J. Green officiating. Burial will be in the Shelby Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Mr. Rosenberry was born June 5, 1934, to Edward H. and Cecelia (Stystal) Rosenberry at Shelby. He graduated from Shelby High School in 1952. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1952-55. He was a restaurateur in Columbus. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the American Legion, the Eagles and Elk Lodges. He was the treasurer of the Shady Rest Park at Apache Junction, Ariz. Survivors include three daughters, Linda Rianda of Hollister, Calif., Ramona (Duane) Kozisek of Gresham, and Donna (Mike) Cirar of Palmdale, Calif.; a sister, Beverly (Richard) Maddox of St. Paul; special friend, Cecilia Slelag of Columbus; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents.
