Bio
Mary Neal Brooks, age 79, of Fountain Run, KY., at Bowling Green Medical Center. She was born in Texan, November 5, 1924. The daughter of the late Babe Stinson and Myrtle Ford Stinson. She was married to James Brooks in 1945. He preceded her in death as well as twin boys born from this union in 1946, James Rodgers and Jimmy Richard. She was also preceded in death by two brothers Delson and Arvil Stinson; two sisters Carrie Inez & Willa Fern Phillips. Mary Neal was a member of Akersville Baptist Church. Survivors include brother Billy Edward Stinson of Midlothian, Texas and lots of nieces & nephews: Billie June, Peggy, Cathy, Penny, Junior, Jeff, and Royce. Funeral services were held Thursday, July 6 at 4 p.m. at the Hughes Funeral Home with Bro. Terry Howard & Bro. Jeremy Yokley officiating. Internment in Akersville Cemetery. Midlothian, Texas
