Billy Edward Stinson, 83, of Midlothian, passed away Saturday, March 9, 2013. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m., Monday, March 11, 2013, in the Midlothian Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Monday, March 11, 2013, in the Midlothian Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Little Bethel Cemetery. Billy was born in Akersville, Kentucky. He worked for TXI for 17 years as a millwright and welder. Billy was an avid collector of knives and fishing poles. He enjoyed attending gun and knife shows trying to add more knives to his extended collection. He also loved the outdoors and especially loved to fish. He was preceded in death by a son, Billy Darrel; and a grandson, Justin Stewart. Survivors include his daughters: Peggy Wilkinson, Kathy Stewart, and Pennie Morin; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
