Thomas Wilson Goodnight was the son of Henry Robert Goodnight and Priscilla Rose. Thomas was the husband of Texana Moore ~~~~~ Thomas Goodnight's Obituary provided by Art Moore. Tom Goodnight dies at Holland Thursday. Holland, Jan. 9 - Tom Goodnight, age 68, for 45 years a resident of Bell County, died at his home west of Holland, Thursday morning at 4 o'clock. Goodnight was born in Arkansas, March 4, 1861. He is survived by his wife, who before their marriage over 50 years ago, was Miss Texanna Moore, and by one daughter, Mrs. J.B. Burns of Dallas; and four sons' Dr. Luther Goodnight, Caldwell; Ollie Earnest and Joe Goodnight, all of Holland. The Funeral arrangements have not yet been completed, but burial will be at the Holland Cemetery sometime Friday.
