She was born in Stamford, Texas, October 3, 1927 to Frank and Ettie Musil. She graduated from Stamford High School and the University of Texas. She became a County Home Demonstration Agent in Seymour and Farwell. She was a 4-H Club leader for 20 years. She married Andrew James "Pete" Jesko in November 1962. They farmed in the Lazbuddie community. Ettie and her husband taught Sunday School in Muleshoe and Friona Catholic Churches. She was preceded in death by her husband, Pete, brothers, Joe, Frank, and Emory and sister, Ruby. Ettie is surv ived by a daughter Maureen and husband Johnny Castellano and grandchildren Jared and Katie of Lubbock, son Frank Jesko and wife Tonja of Port St. Lucie, FL, and 2 step granddaughters. She is also survived by sisters, Gladys Rod of El Campo and Lillie Nichols of Arlington and brother, Leon Musil of Rogers, Arkansas, with numerous nieces and nephews.
