J.W. "Bill" Breaux, Sr., 68, of Warren, Texas died Monday, September 1, 1997, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Sept. 3, 1997 at 2 p.m. at Stringer & Griffin Funeral Home Chapel in Woodville with burial in Magnolia Cemetery in Woodville. Officiating at the services will be Father Roger Thibodeaux, pastor of Our Lady of the Pines Catholic Church. Serving as pallbearers will be Jeff Sheffield, Clay Williams, A.E. "Bubba" White, Earl Andrews, Dickie Wayne Dunman, Al Murphy Landry and Rusty Credeur. He was a native of Beaumont and long time resident of Warren. He was retired from Mitchell Energy and was a member of the Tejas Saddle Club. He is survived by his wife of forty-six years, Louis Breaux of Warren; son and daughter-in-law, Joe W. and Bobbie Breaux, Jr. of Woodville; daughters and sons-in-law, Donna Kay and Marion Williams of Hemphill, Sandy and Clyde Sheffield of Warren, and Cathy Breaux of Houston; sisters, Ida Mae Daigle and Lena Ann Credeur both of Winnie; and Helen Marie Menard of New Iberia; Louisiana and four grandchildren.
