Peoples Banner (David City, Nebr.), August 16, 1906, p. 5, col. 1 A son was born to Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hilger of Center Township, last Thursday morning, but lived only a short time. Funeral services were held Friday morning at St. Francis church in Center township and remains laid in the Cemetery near the church.
