Last rites will take place at 9 a.m. Wednesday at St. Bonaventure church with Fr. Regis Watts officiating and burial will be in St. Bonaventure cemetery. The body will lie in state after 1 p.m. Tuesday at McKown Funeral Home, with rosary to be prayed there at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. He was born Oct. 8, 1892, at Tarnov, the son of Joseph and Rose Herman Konwinski. He was married to Victoria Czarnek Feb. 14, 1917, at Albion, and they made their home in the Columbus community. Mr. Konwinski, a retired farmer, was a member of St. Bonaventure parish. Survivors include three sons, Clements Konwinski of Chicago, Bernard and Al of Omaha; four daughters, Mrs. Robert (Lorraine) Lofgren of Los Angeles, Calif., Mrs. Donald (Danielle) Seberger of Omaha, Mrs. Steve (Evelyn) Czapneski of Silver Creek, and Mrs. Joe (Virginia) Laudenklos of Columbus; 20 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Also surviving are brothers and sisters, Mrs. Anna Kurek, Henry, Joe and John Konwinski, Silver Creek; Mrs. Mary Gunska, Lansing, Ill.; Frank Konwinski, Clarks; Tom and Miss Stella Konwinski, Columbus. He was preceded in death by his wife, on Jan. 10, 1964; parents, four brothers and sisters.
