Funeral Services for Ethel C. Norton, 98, who died about noon Monday will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon from the United Methodist Church in Texhoma. Burial will be in the Texhoma Cemetery under the direction of the Dawson-Welch Funeral Home of Texhoma. She had been a resident of Dunaway Manor in Guymon. She was born in Delaware County, Iowa Sept. 14, 1875. On Dec. 18, 1895 she was married to Hugh Norton at Havelock, Iowa. They moved to Texhoma in 1908 and farmed 11 miles northeast of Texhoma until her husband's death in 1944. Survivors-include two sisters, Mrs. Iva Helphrey of Windsor, Mo., and Mrs. Eita - Hiney of Anaheim, Calif...and one brother, F.F. Flint of Texhoma. cemetery lot bought by Ethel Norton
