Bio

Jack Nash, 81, of Buna died April 15, 1993, at St Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. Funeral services were held at EE Stringer Funeral Home in Buna with burial at Morse Cemetery. A native of Rosepine, LA, he lived in Buna 52 years. He was a retired construction worker for the Texas Highway Department and a World War II US Army Veteran. Survivors include a son, Jeffery Lynn Nash of LaPorte; stepson, Ricky Allen Kerns of Buna; daughters, Linda Faye Rich of Woodville and Jackie Delana Carr of Pasadena; stepdaughters, Norma Jean Anthony of Houston an Jimmie Thompson of Rosepine; sister, Bessie Wolfe of Bridge City and 13 grandchildren, From the obituary collection at Buna Public Library. 1930 Census show parents as Penny and Lora Nash
