Bio

Doris D. Terry, 74, died Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. Services were Tuesday, February 26, at Waters Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Bishop officiating with burial in Ellistown Cemetery. Survivors include her daughter, Margaret Arabshahi (Soheil) of Blue Springs; son, Leland Ray Terry of Blue Springs; three brothers, Carey Dye, Clark Dye and Gerald Dye; grandchildren, Joey Arabshahi and Jamie Arabshahi; and one great-grandchild, Jonathan Arabshahi. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dulaney and Jewell Dye; husband, Leland “Popeye” Terry; and stepbrothers and sisters, Franklin Dye, Cornelia Grubbs, Isabell C.
