Bio

Veteran of World War II. Served in the Normandy Invasion, Northern France, Ardennes, Rhineland and Central Europe with Company K, 247th Infantry. Recipient of the EAME campaign Medal with five bronze stars, two overseas service bars and the Good Conduct Medal. Preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Mary Fiedler Dieringer; brothers, Ewald, Victor and Werner; sisters, Almeta Tobola and Velma Roeder; and one grandson Jason Havlak.
