B. HATFIELD PASSES AWAY IN DALLAS Lincoln Bryan Hatfield, 71, of 1100 W. Lamar Street, died Monday night in the VA Hospital, Dallas. He was born June 4, 1896 in Kentucky, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Riley Hatfield, and was married in 1921 to Bessie Mae Gibson in Collin County. He was a Veteran of World War I, a retired government employee and member of the Davis Street Church of Christ. Survivors are his wife; two sons, L. Bryan Hatfield, Jr. of Wylie; Gibson Hatfield of Farmers Branch; two daughters, Mrs. Barbara Scott of California, Mrs. Beverly Bell of Dallas; Five Grandchildren; four brothers, Lee Hatfield, Wylie; Henry and Dewey Hatfield, Jefferson; Curley Hatfield, Texas City; two sisters, Mrs. Maud Williams, Jefferson; Mrs. Emma Phillips of Indiana. Funeral arrangements are pending with Turrentine-Jackson Funeral Directors. Interment will be in Ridgeview Memorial Park.
