Husband of Leona "Nonie" Covey, father of Edward Garland Covey and Kenneth Covey. Fort Worth Star-Telegram November 11, 1993 GRAPEVINE - James Arthur Covey, a retired farmer and carpenter, died Tuesday at a Bedford hospital. He was 93. Funeral will be at 2 p.m.today at First Baptist Church in Grapevine, where he was a member. Burial will be in Moore Memorial Gardens in Arlington. J.E. Foust & Son Funeral Directors in Grapevine is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Covey was born in Pottsboro and had lived in Grapevine since 1965. He was a former resident of Dodson. Survivors: Wife, Lettie Leona Covey of Grapevine; two sons, Kenneth Covey of Grapevine and Edward G. Covey of Burleson; sister, Patsy Foutz of Oklahoma City; three granddaughters; and four great-grandchildren. Angie Mitchell Martin
