Bio

Born to William Henry Stutts (1864-1948) & his first wife, Roseanna Jones Stutts (1867-1888), both of Alabama, who married June 25, 1886. Roseanna died in Lauderdale County, Alabama. Wiley married 1) Lillian E. Dixon (1891-1913) on Oct. 28, 1908, in Milam County, TX. One daughter, Ethel Stutts Smith (1909-1984) He married 2) Essie Palmer (1887-1972) about 1921. No children. He served in World War I in the Supply Company, 141st Infantry. After the war, he was a well digger.
