Bio

Mass of the Resurrection for Mrs. Gene (Ellen) Hutchinson, 51, will be at 10 am Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Rausch as celebrant. The rosary will be at 8 pm Thursday at the church. Burial will be in the White River Cemetery with the Hofmeister Funeral home of Murdo in charge of arrangements. She was born Oct. 2, 1920 at Dixon to Mr. and Mrs. Daniel O'Brian and died June 7 at a Rapid City hospital after being ill for some time. She was a graduate of White River High School and on March 26, 1939 married Gene Hutchinson at White River. Survivors include her widower; her mother, White River; one.sister, Mrs. Betty Dixon, Ft. Pierre, and a brother, Frank O'Brian, White River. Daily Republic- 6/8/1972
