Mr. Billy E. Ramsey, of Clarksville, Arkansas, died Friday, April 18, 2003, in a Little Rock hospital. Mr. Ramsey was 79 years old. Mr. Ramsey was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife: Florence Ramsey; 3 daughters: Jackie rice, Kathy Ramsey, and Susan Crossman; 1 son: Tom Ramsey; 3 grandchildren: and other relatives. No funeral services were planned. He was cremated.
