Bio

James Clyde Smalts was the son of Raymond Smalts and Nadine Dougherty Smalts. He was raised in the Oklahoma panhandle and was a 1959 graduate of Keyes High School. He attended Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. He was married to Myra Sue Grabeall and they had three children . He later married Gail Perkins and they had two children . Gail and son Cody preceded him in death. He enjoyed drag racing and loved the outdoors. Graveside service will be held on Monday, Feb. 11, at Willow Bar Cemetery in Keyes, OK.
