Bio

Nell Bufkin rites tomorrow Mrs. Nell Bufkin, 77, 1308 N. Irving Heights, an 11-year resident of Irving, died Friday at Irving Community Hospital. Mrs. Bufkin was a native of Mesquite, Tex., born Feb 6, 1901. She was a member of First Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. tomorrow at the First Baptist Church chapel with Dr. Henry H. Kinkeade officiating. Burial will be in Restland Memorial Gardens with Chism & Smith in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Bufkin is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Wanda Hevron of Irving and Mrs. Willa Jean Davis of Dallas; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Hugh McDaniel of Dallas; and one sister, Mrs. Viola Cooper of Dallas.
