Bio

Jack was the son of Edward C. Aston and Nancy Caroline Hunt. He married Dorothy Carrie Etta Vail, daughter of James Monroe Vail and Sarah Viola Lewter on Feb. 1, 1906 in Bienville Parish, LA. Their children: Carriel Monroe, Gladys Mae, William Clinton, Marlon Lawson, Pearlie, Verneas and Cloteal Asken. The plaque on the fence says: "In Memory of Jack Asken and Carrie Vail Asken" with their birth and death years.
