Bio

The Wellington Leader August 19, 1965 Funeral services for Mrs. Willie Waller, 80, of Oklahoma City, were conducted Sunday, Aug. 8 at 2 p.m. at the Ron Church of Christ near Hollis. Burial was in the Teacross Cemetery under the direction of Tims Mortuary of Hollis. Mrs. Waller died Friday, Aug. 5 in an Oklahoma City hospital. She and her family lived for many years in the Aberdeen community, where her husband, the late John R. Waller, farmed. She continued living there for a number of years after his death in 1928, and later made her home in Wellington. She was born Feb. 28, 1885 in Bosque County. Survivors are two sons and five daughters: Clifford Waller of Dallas; Erman Waller of San Jon, N.M.; Mrs. John Nail of Hollis; Mrs. Herman Jaco of Oklahoma City; Mrs. Ralph Briggs of Hamilton Air Force Base, Calif.; Mrs. Cecil Crispin of Leedy, Okla.; and Mrs. Warren Pennington of Dallas. Other survivors are two sisters and two brothers: Mrs. J. R. Bell of Hollis, Mrs. Maggie Flanagan of Lampasas, Jack White of Dallas, and John White of Casa Grande, Ariz.
