Bio

ALLEN DEAN HOWARD Services for Dean Howard, 48, will be at 2:30 p.m. today in the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Danny Lucas, pastor, officiating, assisted by the Rev. Jim Scott of Arkansas. Burial will be in Shamrock Cemetery by Richerson Funeral Home. Mr. Howard died Saturday. Survivors include his wife, Wanda; a daughter, Katie Cotton of Shamrock; three sons, Chris of Guymon, Mark of Edna and Joel of Lubbock; his mother, Mrs. Bill Franklin of Shamrock; his father, Kermit of Charleston Ark; three sisters, Louan King of Hurst, Joan Young of Fort Worth and Billie Hollingsworth of El Paso; and three grandchildren.
