He was born on January 14, 1917, in Princeton. He is the son of the late Robert and Clemmie (Gerron) Lawson. He was married to Gertrude Marie Wylie on December 23, 1937 [sic 1936]. W. F. was retired from E-Systems in Greenville after 32 years of service. He was devoted husband, father and cherished grandfather. He is survived by **living omitted** He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, 4 brothers, 3 sisters, and 2 grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 24, 2003, at Princeton Cemetery with Rev. John Martin officiating.
