Bio

John Luther was born April 25, 1884 in Delta County, Texas to James David and Polly Ann Stewart Humphries. He married twice, first about 1913 to Fannie Ada Hamilton. They had one child, Earl. Fannie died the same year that Earl was born, whether in childbirth or not is unknown. John married second, Myrtle Gleen Hallmark about 1920. Together, they had three children, J.C., Neoma, and Wilma.
