Hugh James Monroe Woolley was the 1st son and the 2nd child of Jesse Irby Woolley and Pherbia Harrison Page Woolley. He married Caroline Lankford Woolley, the 1st daughter and the 4th child of Washington Lankford and Louisa Brown Lankford, on Aug 12, 1856 in St. Clair Co. AL.
