Holton Thomas Bassham Holton T. Bassham, 94, of Corsicana passed away Monday, June 14, 2004, in Corsicana. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Corley Funeral Home. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Corley Funeral Chapel with Dr. David Hale and Dr. Robert Webb officiating. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Mr. Bassham was born Aug. 17, 1909, in Kaufman County. He was a longtime member of Northside Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Iva Bassham; and son, David Bassham. Survivors include his daughters, Betty Holloway, Joanne Formby and husband Ed, and Jenell Glass and husband Billy Jack, all of Corsicana; daughter-in-law, Carla Bassham of Scottsdale, Ariz.; nine grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
