Clarence Ray Owen, Jr. "Tiny or Jug", 80, of Texarkana, Arkansas, died Friday, December 28, 2012 at a local hospital. Mr. Owen was born, September 29, 1932 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He was retired from Red River Army Depot, and an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Owen. He is survived by five children, Walter, Debbie, Trina, Lance and Jena; nine grandchildren; ten great grand-kids, and two nieces. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00P.M., Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at the Texarkana Funeral Home –Texas Chapel with Rev. Wallace Edgar officiating. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
