Lillian Helen Bratrsovsky Lillian Helen, eighth child of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bratrsovsky living four miles southeast of Brainard, died last Thursday evening Aug. 27, at 7:30 o'clock. Death was from hemorrhege following a surgical operation for removal of tonsils. Lillian was born March 12, 1916 and at time of her death was 10 years, 5 months, 14 days of age. She had attended school in Oak Creek School (Dist. 6) and would have been in the fifth grade this year. Funeral services were held on Saturday morning at St. Luke's Catholic church in Loma, conducted by Rev. Michael Pazourek . Active pallbearers were Cyril Bratrsovsky, Joey Kabourek, Elmer and Stanley Rezac, and honorary pallbearers were Ludmila Kouba, Emily Stuehlik, Blanche Chihacek and Annie Havlovic. There were also abouty forty small flower girls. Burial was in the Bohemian Catholic Cemetery, at Brainard. The Brainard Clipper(Brainard, NE), Thursday, September 2, 1926; pg. 1
