Augustin, Elnora R. (Heimer) OSCEOLA -- Elnora R. Augustin, 69, of Shelby died Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2001, at Butler County Health Care Center in David City. Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Shelby with the Rev. Robert McDermott officiating. Burial is at the parish cemetery in Shelby. Visitation will be 9 a.m. Friday until after a 7 a.m. rosary at Kepner-Roberts Funeral Home in Osceola. Mrs. Augustin was born Nov. 14, 1931, in Shelby to John and Edith (Alt) Hiemer. She married Norval Augustin on April 17, 1951, at Shelby. They spent their married life farming and cattle feeding in rural Shelby. She was a member of the church, St. Ann's Guild and the Shelby American Legion Auxiliary. Survivors include her husband; three sons, Rocky (Deb) Augustin, Kirtus Augustin and Scott (Sharon) Augustin, all of Shelby; one daughter, Pam (Don) Shorney of Columbus; one brother, Richard Hiemer of Columbus; two sisters, Wilma (Victor) Krumbach of Shelby and Doris (Larry) Richter of Ceresco; one sister-in-law, Dorothy Hiemer of Shelby; seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Leonard Hiemer. Notes: Burial was Saturday, February 24, 2001 at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. Obituary from
