Beatrice Fencl Beatrice M. Fencl, 85, of Colcord, OK and formerly of Nampa, died on Monday, Dec. 2, 1996, in a Siloam Springs, Arkansas hospital. Funeral Services will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7, 1996, at the Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa. Rev. Robert Manley of the College Church of the Nazarene will officiate. A private burial will be at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell. Beatrice M. Fencl was born on June 15, 1911, in Montoursville, PA. When she was two and a half years of age her family moved to Havre, MT where she was reared and graduated from high school in 1929. She furthered her education through the years in Montana and Idaho. She married Rev. George R. Shaffer in 1929 in Havre. They made their home in Montana with the exception of a few years in Wyoming. George preceded her in death in 1960. She married Otis C. Fencl in 1960 in Sidney, Montana, where they made their home for 3 years before moving to Kalispell, Mt. In 1973 they moved to Nampa and he preceded her in death in 1970. She had recently moved to Oklahoma to be near family. While living in Nampa, Beatrice was an active member of the College Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed doing craft work. Beatrice is survived by 1 son, Jack R. Shaffer, Colcord, OK; 2 daughters, Betty L. Connor, Evanston, WY and Virginia M.
