Bio

Mrs. Oma Lee Barrington, 80, of Waco, died Thursday, October 19, 1978, in a local hospital. Services will be at 1 p.m., Saturday, October 21, at the Connally-Compton Downtown Chapel, with the Rev. Harry Lucenay officiating. Burial will be in Waco Memorial Park. Oma Lee was born in Keller, Texas, and moved to Waco in 1932 where she has lived ever since. Survivors include her husband, Eugene Barrington; daughters, Mrs. Virginia Dunson, of Waco, Mrs. Joy Farris, of Dallas, and Mrs. Betty Lyons, of Shreveport, La.; stepdaughters, Mrs. Jane Hall and Mrs. Retta Jo James, both of Waco; sons, Lonnie White, of Austin, and A.T. White, of Waco; stepsons, Gordon Barrington, of Waco, and Seburn Barrington, of Abbott; 30 grandchildren; sister, Jeane Huddleston, of Waco; brother, J.C.
