Bio

Erma Arlene Patton, 80, of Arcadia, Texas passed away on Saturday November 3, 2012. Erma was born on June 1, 1932 in Arcadia to parents, Adam and Maude Locke. She married James Patton on July 25, 1950 in Galveston, Texas. They moved to and raised their children in Portland, Texas. While in Arcadia she was a member of the Arcadia Christian Church. Erma is preceded in death by her husband, James Patton; and her son, Kennith Patton. She is survived by her children: daughter Debbie Chance and husband Ralph of San Antonio; son Stewart Patton and wife Bambie of San Antonio; siblings: Addison Locke, Susie, Tommy and Randy; and grandchildren: Christopher, James, Nicholas, Lucas, Patrick and Shannon, as well as other family members and friends. A visitation will be held Thursday, November 8, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Froberg Chapel in Alvin, Texas. The funeral service will be held Friday, November 9, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Arcadia Christian Church in Santa Fe, Texas with Jeff Spielman officiating. Interment will follow at Alta Loma Cemetery.
