Bio

Born in McLennan County near Penelope to Emil and Cecilia Bartosh Devorsky. He was a member of the Merchant Marines during World War II. He married Jimmie Lou Ridge in 1950. He later remarried Rosalie Miller November 1, 1975. She preceded him in death February 8, 2002. He retired from Lone Star Gas Company after 43 years of service. Mr. Devorsky was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church, early V-8 Ford Club. Czech Heritage Society and Me and My Son Camaro Club. Waco Tribune obituary
